In her spare time Nicole enjoys spending time with her fiancé, family, friends, and favorite dog Kona. Nicole prefers to be outdoors and during the summer months she enjoys being on the lake soaking up the sun, wake-surfing, and stand up paddle boarding. She is also an avid motocross and mountain bike rider during the cooler months of the year.

While Chasity did not begin her professional career in Real Estate, she diligently worked for it and earned her AAS in Real Estate Brokerage Licensing. She has a decade of experience in marketing and contract negotiation. Additionally, she holds an AAS in Criminal Justice.
Chasity’s diverse resume makes her easy to professionally relate to. She is a veteran of the US ARMY has worked for other state and local governments. As an entrepreneur, she has owned and operated her own small business and managed a multi-million dollar company.

Lourdes Ibarra is a born and raised Texan. Fluent in Spanish and originally from the Hill Country, she moved to attend the University of Texas at Austin back in 2008 and has called Austin home since then.
